• As the Accounting Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Your expertise will drive accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations while ensuring seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial closures and ensure timely statutory payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoice collections.
• Oversee accounts payable reconciliations and maintain vendor records.
• Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with local regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful statutory audits.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA (K) certification is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and accounting regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software and financial systems.
• A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
