Are you someone who thrives on creating a warm and welcoming environment? We’re on the lookout for a Guest Relations Officer to join our team at M-KOPA! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace atmosphere by warmly welcoming clients, efficiently managing travel arrangements and visas, and ensuring seamless office operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Administration Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining security, managing logistics, and providing crucial administrative support to enhance overall workplace efficiency.
What you will do:
Travel Coordination
- In this role, you facilitate seamless domestic travel by handling flight bookings, and maintaining schedules. Your role extends to organizing efficient airport transfers for all trips and managing visa applications for our team in the Kenya market. Additionally, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive client experience by assisting them in navigating our office premises. We want all our clients to feel welcomed in our office.
Administrative Support
- In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of our company, managing professional call handling by promptly answering, forwarding, and screening calls with a warm and welcoming attitude. Alongside this, you’ll provide invaluable support to your colleagues by assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and ensuring office operations run smoothly. You’ll also take charge of preparing meeting and training rooms to create welcoming spaces for our team and guests. Your dedication to delivering top-notch customer service will ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels valued and supported. Additionally, you’ll be proactive in handling any unexpected administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations
Positive Workplace Environment
- As a guest relations officer, you play a vital role in maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the reception area. Your responsibilities include coordinating courier services, welcoming clients and visitors warmly, assisting with office navigation, and contributing to workplace security by issuing badges, conducting checks, and maintaining visitor logs.
Your application should include:
- Your experience in facilitating seamless domestic travel by handling flight bookings, and maintaining schedules.
- Your experience organizing efficient airport transfers for trips and managing visa applications.
- Your experience coordinating courier services or other service providers/vendors.

Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- A Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrates professionalism through consistent professional attire and demeanor.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook that you will use in your daily work.
- Strong time management skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
