Receptionist/ Front Office Cashier – Meru

The main role of a Receptionist/Front Office Cashier is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at the front desk or reception area of an organization. To serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ Health records or an equivalent qualification
  • At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service oriented
