Job Description
- Developing and reviewing menu;
- Supervising food preparation and production;
- Maintaining stock items for food production;
- Receiving fresh produce as per specifications;
- Forecasting food production needs;
- Maintaining food production records;
- Taking stock of the food stores; and
- Supervising kitchen assistants
Job Specifications
- Training in catering/ hospitality preferred
- Institutional/ Large-scale cooking experience is an advantage
- Certificate of medical examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act;
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
