The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the co-founders, managing their schedules, overseeing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communications. This role ensures the smooth operation of FMM and RollPay, with responsibilities spanning across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars, appointments, and schedules of the co-founders, prioritizing meetings and engagements.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the co-founders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested by the leadership team.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and project coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information and discussions.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring task completion.
- Support in event planning, managing logistics for company events and meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office software, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a tech, entertainment, or startup environment is a plus.
