Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer at Fertility Point located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement activities, including creating and managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Officer will also perform analytical tasks to assess supplier performance and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Purchase Orders and Procurement skills
• Contract Negotiation and Purchasing skills
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and processes
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
