Job Summary:
- We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead Engineer with strong Java skills to lead our engineering team. As a Team Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver top-notch solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:–
- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and testing Java applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with software engineering principles and patterns
- Proficiency in Java 8+, Java EE, and Spring Framework
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree
