Job Summary

Reporting to the Tours and Travel Coordinator, the position holder will be responsible for coordinating the entire travel experience including planning itineraries, tours, and visa advisory.

- Local and International Hotel Booking.
- Safari Planning.
Minimum job requirements
For appointment to this position, one must possess;
- Advert -
- Diploma in Tourism Management, Tours, and Travel or Equivalent.
- IATA or GDS training Certificate.
- Expertise with the Galileo/Amadeus GDS platform and web fares.
- MUST have at least 3- 4 years’ experience as a Ticketing / Travel Consultant in a busy travel agency or airline.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites.
- Desired Attributes and Competencies
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have good Conflict and complaint resolution skills.
- Must have excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and get things done on schedule.
- Should be Self-motivated, Confident, and have an outgoing personality.
