Our Client is a Leading Gaming Company in Kenya seeking to hire a dedicated Team Leader to coordinate and recruit distributors in their regions while ensuring the sales quotas are met and support the management in revenue collections.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing distributors.
- Monitor and enforce sales best practices.
- Conduct monthly and semi-annual performance reviews for all distributors.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and provide preventative measures.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly collection KPIs and targets are met.
- Drive operational strategies that optimize sales e.g. account prioritization, monitoring & ensuring nil unworked accounts.
- Planning and driving various activations.
