Our client, an established baby shop, is seeking to hire sales personnel.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Interact with customers through messages, social media platforms & at the shop
- Manage the sales
- Ensure the store, displays, and warehouse are clean and tidy at all times.
- Participate in stock management and control
- Assist shoppers to locate the products and goods they desire
- Perform sales duties
- Answer queries from shoppers
- Guide and give advice to customers on product selection
- Use social media platforms to get sales
Key Qualifications
- Advert -
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 2-year’s experience in sales
- Experience in social media sales and marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and a team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must be a resident of Rongai or its environs.
