Progressive Credit Sales Team Leader Job

Position – Checkoff Loans (Nakuru, Machakos , Nanyuki and Nairobi)

Responsibility

  • Recruitment, training and retention of a highly effective sales team
  • Prospecting and acquisition of Government checkoff customers
  • Ensuring proper KYC is observed for all customers
  • Ensure customer queries are answered satisfactorily
  • Meet the set monthly sales targets
  • Developing and implementing proper marketing plans
  • Initiating the opening of new markets e.g. signing MoUs
  • Acquiring the calendar of events of regional institutions for marketing plan

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in a Sales or Business related course
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with Government checkoff loans
  • Good interpersonal skills and good personal communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Must have positive attitude and of good integrity.
