Logbook Loans Officer Job At Progressive Credit Limited

Progressive Credit Limited is a non-deposit taking Microfinance institution founded with the main goal of providing financial services. We pride ourselves in providing unique and tailor-made financial solutions that satisfy our clients’ needs in the shortest time possible.

 JOB SUMMARY

To market the company’s products – Logbook Loans, Asset financing and Import finance to the various target markets and other groups as advised by the company.

Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing or business-related field.
  • Degree will be an added advantage.
  • 1-year experience selling auto logbook loans.
  • Dedicated passion for sales and the ability to deliver and succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Customer service skills, able to listen to customer concerns and be able to address their needs. • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale. • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Persistence, Physical endurance, as sales representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time in the field, travelling between locations to prospect and market company products.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the Progressive Credit products.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

REQUIRED SKILLS

Phone sales, direct sales, Customer relations, prospecting, self-driven

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate’s degree
