Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performance marketing and able to deliver and achieve key performance metrics set by management
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Paid ads, Display etc)
  • Manage end to end marketing automation activities including emailer marketing, web / app push
  • Responsible for Increasing website traffic, conversion rate, revenue, transactions etc
  • Coordinate with design team to create compelling & creative designs for Digital properties (web/display/social)
  • Manage social media channels. Create and Manage social media content calendar.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, social media marketing etc)
  • On Page and Off Page SEO to grow organic traffic
  • Growth hacking ability to grow SEO traffic exponentially.
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Grow & Manage Affiliate marketing channels
  • Website content management (CMS)
  • Execute various tactical and strategic campaigns by creating marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to get best offers and keep them updated on all web/digital properties and channels
  • Stay updated with latest and emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
  • Your day start & ends with data – Extremely well versed Analytics and numbers.

Skillset:

  • SEO, Google, Facebook advertising, search engine marketing, google analytics, conversion tracking, social media marketing, emailer, mobile app marketing, Google Tag Manager, Pixel tracking,
  • Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
  • Extremely well versed with Data Analytics

 Qualifications

  • Preferably Engineering Graduate in IT/Computer Science or MBA Marketing with min. 5 years of experience
  • Should have experience in traditional / offline marketing activities or should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn it to broaden his experience sphere.
  • Graduates with extensive experience in Digital Marketing and ecommerce industry can apply too
