Terms of Service: 3-Year Contract

Duties and Responsibilities

An officer at this level will work under a more senior officer.

Specific duties and responsibilities at this level shall include: –

• compiling and formatting financial estimates;
•  taking initial action on budget monitoring;
•  preparing reports and briefs on budgetary policy issues.

Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of either: –

•  Bachelors degree in any of the following areas:  Commerce (Finance option), Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or Finance

OR

• Any other Bachelor’s degree with Certified Public Accountant II (CPA II)   qualification.
