Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the organization’s online presence across websites, social media platforms, and digital directories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility (SEO).
- Develop internal and external communication strategies.
- Draft and review press releases, newsletters, reports, speeches, and corporate communications.
- Manage stakeholder communication and public relations activities.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate crisis communication when necessary.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate marketing activities with sales and business development teams.
- Create and oversee the production of engaging content including articles, blogs, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage social media accounts and online communities.
- Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Strengthen and protect the organization’s brand image.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop branding materials and promotional collateral.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, media houses, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Support customer engagement and reputation management initiatives.
