QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional training preferred.
• Proven experience of 10 years as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end Hotel or Resort.
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
