Job Summary:
- The position is responsible for offering business advisory and technical assistance support to enterprises within the SWIFT and GreenBiz Programmes. The incumbent will work directly under the SWIFT and GreenBiz Business Analysts with the broad supervision on the respective programme managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing business needs using gap analysis tools and develop one-year work plans for enterprise support.
- Assist the Business Analyst to provide business advisory and financial analysis support to early-stage enterprises incubated in the programme
- Support entrepreneurs in developing key business documents such as business plans, client profiles, business model canvas, investment proposals, pitch decks;
- Coordinate capacity development initiatives for early-stage enterprises through market feasibility studies, product development, customer acquisition and revenue generation support;
- Assist with training in record-keeping, financial management, and automating recording processes
- Support in the collection process to ensure timely and accurate collection of client data in line with MEAL objectives
- Support in coordinating client-related events, such as meetings, bootcamps, exposure visits, and exhibitions.
Relevant Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or Renewable Energy or Waste Management
- 3 years’ experience with at least two in enterprise development support
- Professional qualifications in CPA, ACCA and CFA is an added advantage
